What educators are saying
I love the focus on a "healthier you" instead of just drug free. Provides some great opportunities for students to learn more about how to have a healthy body and mind.

I used this with my students that struggled with executive functioning skills and social emotional learning skills.

Description
RED RIBBON WEEK REVAMP!!!
*Updated: Digital Resources included now too!! (Google Slides AND Seesaw Activities for each challenge added)
Isn't it time we used our platform during Red Ribbon Week to do more than teach "Just Say No" and host a week of crazy outfits? Here is a new angle of teaching Red Ribbon Week, complete with a Healthy Choice Challenge to replace the week long themed outfit days! This resource was created with the intention that if students are taught the importance of making healthy choices at a young age, they will continue to make healthy choices as they grow and are pressured with temptations like drugs and alcohol. Creating healthy habits such as drinking water, limiting sugar, eating fruits and vegetables, daily exercise, limiting screen time, encouraging family connections, and cooking at home will give these students the foundation they need to continue to make healthy choices throughout their lives! This resource uses Red Ribbon Week as a platform to teach what we put (and don't put) into our bodies helps us grow and develop into whatever we want to be! I have implemented this new way of teaching not only in my classroom, but as a whole school! Parents are loving the new challenges, and we are saving those crazy themed dress days for spirit days! I hope you enjoy this new spin on Red Ribbon Week as much as my class & school does!
